1. I have several of these, actually... notably, Miku/Kaito, Len/Rin, and Gakupo/Luka.
2. Uh... does Vocaloid even have a well-defined canon? lol. But Miku/Kaito and Len/Rin are prominent in a few of the vids, so I'll go with that.
3. ...uh, none so far, I think?
